Please advise all prospective buyers that Liberty Downs is a subdivision of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and provide a copy for their review. Annual dues are based on an assessment per lot and are $610 per year for 2020. Every new homeowner/resident must receive a copy of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions prior to the Act of Sale.
