Architectural Control Committee

Below contains information relevant to the legal requirements and other resources for the residents of Liberty Downs.  All homeowners should be aware of the restrictive covenants and the design standards of the subdivision.

When Liberty Downs was developed in 1986, Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and Obligations were filed with the county clerk of court.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established to maintain the quality and desirability of Liberty Downs. All improvements on the lots were then and are now to be constructed with strict adherence to the covenants, and hereafter maintained by the owner in a clean, safe, and attractive condition and in good repair.

 

Advance approval is required for any additions, alterations or upgrades to houses, lots or attached structures.  To begin this process, please complete the request form and you will be contacted shortly by the Liberty Downs HOA Board and the ACC to acknowledge your request and follow up on any additional information requred.

All members of the ACC committee and the Liberty Downs Board are volunteers. Our goal is to continue to maintain Liberty Downs as a quality subdivision. The cooperation and assistance of all residents are requested.
